The Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce recognizes the need to keep our community leaders apprised of all the marketing/sponsorship opportunities available to them. This booklet was created to give our members an easy to read, overall view of our programs and sponsorships. It is our hope that our members will utilize the Chamber Sponsorship opportunities as an integral part of their marketing plan. Your sponsorship helps to promote the economic growth of our business community.

The President's Circle Sponsorship Plan is designed to help businesses round out their marketing plan with the components of community involvement, target advertising, and involved Chamber membership. You identify your audience and you select the events you feel will help you reach your current and future marketing goals.

Benefits

• Name and logo in President's Circle ad that will appear in each issue of the 2011/2012 newsletter, for one year
• Name and logo on display board at all 2011/2012 Chamber events
• Invitations to select 2011/2012 President's Circle gatherings and meetings with legislators
• President's Circle plaque for office display
• Name proudly displayed in the Chamber office foyer
• Right to use President's Circle Logo for the 2011/2012 year
• First right of refusal in 2012 for events sponsored the prior year

As a President's Circle member the package options you select do not have to add up to the actual dollar amount of your sponsorship level, however, you may not surpass the amount of your monetary contribution with the events you select. Some of our Members choose to underwrite their level of participation in the President's Circle. These members choose to support the President's Circle at their chosen monetary level, but do not attach their name to a specific event or program. Depending on the level of participation, these underwriters receive reserved tables or seating, Event Program and Chamber newsletter ad space, President's Circle recognition, and honorable mention at every President's Circle sponsored Chamber event or program.
*Levels of participation can also be based on in-kind (by mutual agreement) sponsorships (selected special events can only be sponsored with monetary contributions.)
*President's Circle Programs can be custom designed to focus on your individual or corporate marketing strategies.*

As a President's Circle member you will have the first right of refusal for events that you sponsored the prior year. The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to change events, venues, dates, and sponsorship contributions in future years. Newly created sponsorship opportunities will be publicized to the President's Circle membership via 1st class mail. New sponsorship opportunities are awarded on a first to respond basis. Membership into the President's Circle is in addition to your regular Chamber dues and must be paid in full at the time the Agreement is signed, or (net 30 days) from the Letter of Agreement original invoicing.

• Business Networking Sponsor - Sponsorships available at $3,000 per quarter.
• Business Sponsor - Business card advertisement on the Web site and one 1/4 page ad in the Chamber Newsletter for one year. $1,500.
