Rancho Cucamonga Candidate Forum 2026

On October 5, 2026, the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2026 Candidate Forum at the James L. Brulte Senior Center in David Dreier Hall, located at Central Park in Rancho Cucamonga. The forum provided an opportunity for community members to hear directly from candidates running for local and state offices, learn about their priorities, and gain valuable insight ahead of the upcoming election.

The event began with a welcome from Heather Rawlings-Polk, Executive Director of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce, followed by an introduction of moderator Mark Cloud, Government Affairs Manager at Southern California Edison. Participating candidates included City Council District 2 candidates Kristine Scott, DeJonae Marie Shaw, David VanGorden, and Connie Velazquez; Mayoral candidates Marjorie Hamada, Dr. Lynne Kennedy, Oliver King, Michael R. Perez, and Jaskirat Sondh; City Council District 3 candidate Stacy Henry; and State Assembly District 50 candidate Victoria Viveros Mageno.

We invite residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to watch the forum recording to become better informed about the candidates and the issues impacting Rancho Cucamonga.
