The Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce (the “Chamber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.ranchochamber.org or related Chamber-hosted pages, including business.ranchochamber.org (collectively, the “Website”), apply for or manage membership, register for events, make payments, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

Information you provide. We may collect your name, job title, organization, mailing or business address, email address, telephone number, account credentials, membership information, event registrations, sponsorship or advertising details, directory profile information, communications, survey responses, and other information you submit.
Payment information. When you pay membership dues, event fees, sponsorships, or other charges, payment information is processed by our payment processor or membership-management provider. The Chamber may receive transaction details, such as the amount, date, billing contact, payment status, and limited card information, but generally does not receive or store a complete payment-card number.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of visits. We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from Chamber members, event partners, public sources, social media platforms, referral partners, vendors, or other organizations when permitted by law.
2. How We Use Information

Process and administer memberships, renewals, accounts, payments, event registrations, sponsorships, and other transactions.
Maintain and publish the member directory and other information a member asks or authorizes us to display.
Provide services, respond to inquiries, and communicate about Chamber programs, events, benefits, advocacy, and community news.
Send newsletters and promotional communications, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Operate, personalize, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and our services.
Measure Website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.
Prevent fraud, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Disclose Information

Service providers that support website hosting, membership management, customer relationship management, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, accounting, and event operations. These providers may include GrowthZone and providers integrated with the Website.
Chamber members, Website visitors, and the public when information is included in a public business directory, event listing, job posting, deal, sponsorship recognition, or other member-submitted content.
Event hosts, sponsors, partners, or vendors when reasonably necessary to administer an event, benefit, program, or transaction, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure.
Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Chamber, our members, users, or others.
A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, transfer of assets, or similar organizational transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
The Website may use essential cookies required for login, security, forms, and transactions, as well as analytics or functionality cookies used to understand and improve Website performance. Third-party content or links, including social media, maps, video, payment, or membership tools, may allow those providers to collect information under their own privacy policies.

Information submitted for a member directory, event calendar, job posting, deal, public profile, testimonial, or similar feature may be publicly accessible and may be copied or used by others. Please do not submit personal information for public display unless you want it to be public. Members may contact us or use available account tools to request updates to their listings.
